C.A.P. Kids is a CmPS (Community Problem Solving) Team from Mildred Barry Garvin School in East Orange, NJ. C. A. P. stands for Children Against Pollution. We are involved with the recycling education of young children, as well as, setting up recycling programs for the other East Orange Schools.  The team is comprised of 12 children from grades 4 and 5. They are an off shoot of Project Clean Up a three school CmPS Team who created an Eco Garden from a debris filled vacant lot in East Orange. The coach of C.A.P. Kids is Mr. Carmine Capogrosso a Quest Teacher (Gifted & Talented) from Mildred Barry Garvin Elementary School. Team members are Andy, Nandi, Jada M., Jada C., Nasir, Tehya, Devaun, Shamilla, Alex, Imani, Hector, and Rashiem.
